Fresh Produce

We offer a wide variety of fresh produce that is imported directly from Thailand. This includes an assortment of fresh thai fruit and vegetables that are available weekly.

  • Krachai

    Belonging to the ginger family and originating from Thailand, our fresh Krachai is perfect for salads, soups and curries, especially those made with seafood. Its famous for its aromatic, spicy flavour, carrying a mild tang.

  • Yardlong Bean

    Also known as Snake Bean, Asparagus Bean or Chinese Long Bean our fresh beans have a slightly sweet flavour and crunchy texture. They make a welcoming addition to any curry or stir fry.

  • Thai Parsley

    Also known as Pak Chee Farang, this herb is strong and pungent. Its a stable of many famous Thai dishes, like Pad Thai, where its used as a garnish.

  • Galangal

    Closely related to ginger and turmeric, our fresh Galangal has a sharper, spicier and more peppery flavour than ginger.

  • Tumeric

    Used for homemade curries, and well know for its health benefits, it can be used in a number of recipes, from chicken biriyani to paella.

  • Bitter Melon

    Rich in vitamin C, our bitter Melon has a sharp taste and is well known for its health benefits.

  • Chinese Morning Glory (Ong Choi)

    Also known as Water Spinach, our Ong Choi has a delicate taste, with a hint of bitterness. It goes perfectly in a stir fry.

  • Thai Red Chilli

    The hottest chili of the pepper family, our Thai Red Chilli packs a punch, and are about 15x spicier than the average jalapeno.

  • Lemongrass

    Our fresh lemongrass is used to season any dish. The flavour of this citrusy herb is a unique blend of tart lemon with the brightness of mint.

  • Hairy Basil Leaf

    Our fresh Holy basil's narrow, oval leaves range from a light green to deep purple colour and are very aromatic. The taste is often likened to cloves (anise) or licorice with a hint of mint and a bit of peppery spice.

  • Thai Holy Basil

    A close relative of Hairly Basil Leaf, our Thai Holy Basil has a spicy and peppery quality.

  • Thai Sweet Basil

    Our Fresh Thai Sweet Basil smells like anise and has a more licorice smell with a slightly spicy taste. Sweet basil has the classic aroma that reminds you of pesto.
